Key Account Manager

The Company is actively recruiting a Key Account Manager for managing day to day customer expectations, being the key liaison between the customer, the operations and sales teams. Ensuring at all times the customer requirements are managed and understood by the business, being the key liaison for resolution of customer issues and ensuring on a daily basis continued delivery of excellent service.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing key accounts and ongoing customer liaison
• Building new business relationships through industry contacts
• Deliver new programmes, working closely with the production and engineering teams, to ensure budgets and lead times are met
• Acting as the interface between the sales and operations teams
• Responsible for the compilation of costing, billing and quality requirements of projects
• Assisting with forecasting sales, including supporting the preparation of annual sales budgets, and ensuring revenue and profit targets are met
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients and key personnel within customer companies
• Conducting business reviews to ensure clients are satisfied with their products and services
• Ensure company performance meets agreed service levels agreements, escalating potential issues
• Working closely with the finance team to ensure receivables are paid on time and that all services as delivered and invoiced to the customer IAW contractual requirements
• Working closely with the operations and sales teams to resolve customer issues

Key Qualifications

Recognised business management qualification
A relevant project management qualification
Process improvement experience
Ability to influence others, both internally and externally
Proven experience of working within a seat engineering and soft furnishings manufacturing environment
Proven experience of EASA Part 21G and Part 145
Proven experience in Client management
Strong analytical and numeracy skills
Commercial Awareness
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
