Trenchard Aviation is the parent company of a number of long established businesses within the MRO and Aircraft Interior manufacturing sectors. The aim of the group is to offer a range of complementary divisions for nose to tail maintenance, service and repair. As more companies are added to the group, although there may be some overlap, each new acquisition will add a specific area of expertise to the overall Group.
Group Approvals include EASA Part 145 and Part 21G and Part21J (DOA & POA), FAA 145, TCCA, UKAS Fire Test House and ISO9001:2008. Please see individual companies for approvals.
Trenchard Aviation was established in November 2015 with the acquisition of Aero Technics Ltd and Airbase Interiors Ltd. In early 2016 Trenchard Aviation purchased market leading security Life Vest Pouch manufacturer Servecorp Ltd. As Servecorp’s business complements that of Airbase, the two business are now fully integrated at the Airbase facility at London’s Gatwick airport.
Reheat was acquired in late 2016. Reheat is one of the leading independent providers of repair and overhaul services for the galley insert market.
Trenchard Aviation has various facilities at or close by the UK’s three largest airports, plus two facilities in the UAE. With further acquisitions to come, Trenchard Aviation will continue to grow in terms of both size and capabilities. This will enable us to offer greater support and flexibility to our customers both old and new.

The Executive Team
Over 30 years' experience in the aircraft interior market. Formerly Managing Director of Airbase before starting Aero Technics, Steve has a wealth of experience in mergers and acquisitions and over the years has built some well-established businesses.
Bryan’s initial experience with the airline industry was as one of the founders of Airline Services Ltd, where he spent over 15 years as CEO. Trained and practised as a commercial lawyer Bryan has served on three public company boards in the Sport, Education and Pharmaceutical sectors and brings a wealth of legal and commercial experience to the Board.
Most recently, Lee held Head of Technical Operations role for Virgin Atlantic Airways with responsibility for all UK and Overseas Line Maintenance stations (operational and commercial), Technical Operations and Maintenance Planning teams. He has over 25 years’ experience gained across a broad range of airline and MRO maintenance and engineering functions. Lee oversees all Group operations and manages a team in excess of 300.
Co-Founder and Managing Director of Reheat International for the past 20 years with in-depth knowledge of the aircraft component aftermarket business. Neil has over 35 years’ experience in Aviation encompassing maintenance, customer support, sales & marketing and senior management roles.
Has held c suite roles in major international public and private aviation and logistics groups. He has a strong emphasis and focus on delivering customer service excellence. Formerly Director of Stobart Group, a £700m+ multi-site business with 7,000 employees involved in logistics, aviation, airports, property and energy.
Paul has been a main board Finance Director for in excess of 20 years and has worked in a number of SME’s across various industry sectors. Several of these businesses have been fast growing, both organically and by acquisition.
